Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (early finish at 5 pm on Fridays)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimising a CRM system to ensure efficient tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Overseeing data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information in the CRM.
- Generating reports and insights from CRM data to support decisionmaking and strategy development.
- Developing and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for CRM usage.
- Performing various administrative tasks, including document creation, scheduling meetings, and supporting team communication.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Providing support to team members on CRM best practices.
- Staying uptodate with CRM trends and suggesting improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in CRM administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
