£22,000 - £26,000 + Discretionary annual bonus

Permanent, Full Time


Location:
Birmingham City Centre


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (early finish at 5 pm on Fridays)

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Managing and optimising a CRM system to ensure efficient tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Overseeing data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information in the CRM.
  • Generating reports and insights from CRM data to support decisionmaking and strategy development.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for CRM usage.
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including document creation, scheduling meetings, and supporting team communication.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
  • Providing support to team members on CRM best practices.
  • Staying uptodate with CRM trends and suggesting improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Skills and Experience:


  • Proven experience in CRM administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
