Job description - Multi Trader
We are seeking to recruit an Experienced Multi Trader to join our team.

We are a long standing housing management company and require a suitably competent person to maintain and refurbish properties, including extensions and conversions.

Qualified in a trade would be beneficial as well as skilled in multiple trades.


Driving License:
Required


Working Hours:
Monday-Friday (Some weekends may be available)

A DBS check is also an requirement.

  • Masonry skills
  • Groundworks
  • Roofing
  • Tiling
  • Kitchen/bathroom fitting
  • Dry lining

  • Painting and decorating
Must be a good timekeeper, reliable, honest and trustworthy at all times.

We are looking for hard working individuals who take pride in their work, able to work under pressure and possess a flexible approach.


Job Type:
Zero hours contract


Salary:
£188.00 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Multi Trader: 5 years (preferred)
