Joining a highly reputable Legal500 law firm with offices across Scotland, our client is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their award-winning and well-regarded Corporate team based in Inverness, due to organic growth.

You will be working within a well-regarded and supportive Corporate team, within a firm that is committed to equality, diversity, and providing an inclusive environment.

In this role you will gain exposure to high quality matters, including, but not limited to:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Corporate investment
  • Grant funding
  • Refinancing matters for an enviable client base ranging from energy companies, banks, multinationals, tourism boards, SMEs, and highprofile seafood businesses


A keen interest and enthusiasm for a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, business acumen, and a personable approach are a must for this position.
