Hyde is looking to recruit a Complaints Administrator

As a Complaints Administrator at Hyde you will be working within the Customer Experience team to assist with all complaint related administrative tasks, as well as ensuring that all customers are receiving a high standard service.


Responsibilities

  • Letter writing
  • Raising and closing cases
  • Managing inbox

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong communication verbal and written
  • Proficient use of computer systems and MS Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Target driven
  • Experience working in customer service
