An award-winning and rapidly expanding energy company near Chancery Lane is seeking a Maintenance and Helpdesk Coordinator where you will help support planned and reactive maintenance to over 10,000 residents and 100 clients, all based in and around the London area.

The Maintenance and Helpdesk Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for clients and residents to report maintenance problems and assist in maintaining the company's overall operational efficiency.

Duties within the role will include some of the following:

  • Log all requests accurately and gather relevant details to initiate appropriate action
  • Prioritising and categorising requests, based on agreed contractual KPI's and SLA's
  • Assign maintenance tasks to the appropriate technicians or external service providers
  • Accurately record details of the site delivery teams, engineering and thirdparty suppliers and ensure that team leaders are aware of situations which could develop into issues.
  • Accurately manage and revise PPM schedules and ensure compliance with mandatory and statutory regulations.
  • Monitoring progress and updating stakeholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly, professionally, and courteously to enquiries, concerns, or complaints
The chosen Maintenance and Helpdesk Coordinator will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven and exceptional customer service experience
  • Experience within a similar role e.g. planned maintenance, scheduling engineers, reactive helpdesk (etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience working within a similar reactive helpdesk environment and therefore able to work at a fast pace
