Business Reporting Analyst - Milton Keynes

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

STS 2000 LTD is currently recruiting Business Reporting Analyst on behalf of a client of ours who is a global provider of I.T/Epos solutions based out of Milton Keynes.

The key objective is to hold a strong Business Reporting Analyst background and experience in Business Reporting Analysts.
Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly into the BusinessAccount Manager
Liaise with the business and customer to understand their requests and communicate their requirements to the developers (new WMS being created).
Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and the project team.
Assist with the interpretation of customer requirements as well as finding solutions for customers and communicating these back to the business
Design, develop, and enhance reports as required by the customer ensuring the company's quality standards have been met.
Efficiently handle large sets of data and be able to confidently process them into required formats to measure business performance.
Use the data available to investigate business issues facing our customers.
Actively participate in continuous development and innovation by contributing ideas for new features and functionality.
Create quality improvement initiatives, measure performance against quality metrics, and correlate training data with business performance.
Strong Reporting Analyst background with previous experience of managing a team or Reporting Analysts.
Comfortable communicating with customers and managing customer relationships
