Job responsibilities

  • Provide Credit Subject Matter Expertise for TS Product and manage high impacting projects
  • Process credit implementation requests and/or execute exception reports
  • Answer questions on complex facility setups act as a go between Sales and Credit
  • Manage Projects to reduce risk and/or create efficiency including:
  • Propose tactical and strategic compensating controls
  • Host calls with stakeholders to report status and deliverables
  • Empowerment to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience
  • Comfort in a fast paced, dynamic clientfacing environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence leading others to a common goal
  • Enthusiasm to tell a story with facts and data
  • MS Office Suite experience, particularly advanced data skills on Excel and Datamarts
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Project Management experience or eagerness to learn
  • Payments and Receivables experience or enthusiasm to learn
  • Credit facility experience or enthusiasm to learn
