Description

We are looking for an experienced Temporary Sales Negotiator to work an ongoing Thursday to Monday booking Via an agent for a developer in Caldecote Cambridgeshire, with an aim to start early January 2023.


This could be the perfect role for someone based in the district of South Cambridgeshire and looking for full-time work.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with potential purchasers
  • Carry out viewings
  • Negotiating sales
  • Liaise with agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
  • Carry out sales progression from reservation through to completion

Days / Hours / Info:


  • Your shift pattern will be Thursday
  • Monday (Tues/Wed off)
  • Working hours are 10am 5pm
  • Developments are operating in accordance with COVID guidelines
  • PPE is provided.

What's on offer?

  • From £12.33 an hour (inclusive of holiday)
  • Commission scheme upon completion
