Position:
Customer Service Representative


Core Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Welcome customers in the store and provide accurate, prompt, and professional service to all customers
  • Assess customer needs, concerns, and expectations and provide accurate, prompt, and professional information about products and services to customers
  • Ensure customer experience is highquality, customerfocused interaction in all interactions
  • Follow through on customer requests while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Notify customers of availability of upcoming events
  • Accurately process customer transactions
  • Keep inventory, equipment, and inventory system in good working order
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff and customers
  • Ability to perform duties with mínimal supervision
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

£20,470.00-£21,952.00 per year
