Purpose of the Role


As a Junior Payroll Administrator, you will work alongside and support the wider Payroll team with all their day-to-day payroll related queries and administrative duties.

You will ensure successful and accurate monthly payroll processing is completed within the required timeframes and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities- Processing monthly Starters and reviewing payroll changes for leavers.- First point of contact for the payroll inbox.- Responsible for all copy document requests including payslips, P60's, statement of earnings, and P11d's.- Reviewing all employee tax codes on a regular basis, to ensure that staff are being taxed correctly and not left on the emergency code.- Assisting with the processing of maternity schedules, bonus input and pay reviews.- Chasing for missing employee information such as tax forms and NI numbers.


Qualifications + Skills- Previous experience of working in a Finance or Payroll related role.- Strong attention to detail skills.- Strong numerical and analytical skills.- Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative.- Excellent Communication skills.- A keen interest in a career within Payroll.
