MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Be the main point of contact and representative for social media and communication for Vorwerk UK and Ireland
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, and audience identification
  • Create and manage editorial calendars for social media and communications including customer newsletter
  • Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage
  • Optimise our pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content
  • Moderate all usergenerated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Marketing Director Customer Marketing Manager Social Media &
Communications Specialist

  • Analise performance and present findings with suggested improvements and best practice on a monthly basis
  • To look after social media budget with support from Customer Marketing Manager
    KEY CHALLENGES FACED IN THE JOB
  • Gaining sign off and budget for larger campaigns to boost Vorwerk UK and Ireland
  • Managing multiple social media platforms with varying demographics
  • Creating and cross promoting a Vorwerk approach

    KNOW-HOW AND COMPETENCIES
  • 34 years' experience within Marketing (or equivalent in experience if not degree educated)
  • 2 years' experience in social media management/ digital marketing management
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite, including but not limited to InDesign,
Illustrator, Final Cut Pro

  • Community, social media, and project management experience
  • Previous experience in copywriting and editing
  • Knowledge and history of creative content creation
  • Keen interest in following and understanding relevant trends
  • Agency management as a client
  • Agency/supplier experience
Background and experience in contract negotiations desirable

  • Experience in managing a budget
  • Managing and coordinating campaigns and projects
  • Have a handson approach to events, photography etc

Salary:
£32,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
