Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with a leading Engineering business in Bradford to recruit a Service AdministratorOn a daily basis you will be reporting into the Service Manager in a small but busy team
Responsibilities
- Receiving Incoming telephone enquiries for service department and respond accordingly
- Quoting for additional work
- Setting up service plans on the SME system
- Maintaining customer records are up to date
- Inputting opportunities into the CRM system
- Dealing with all Hire documentation
- Handling and inputting commission sheets
- Responsible for Warranty claim forms
- Compiling quotations for Aftermarket sales
The successful individual should have a strong Administration background, use to working in a busy environment, good knowledge on MS packages.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
