Our school is a Catholic primary school, set in the town of Ossett. We are proud of our school community and value the contribution that we make to the local area. We operate mixed-age classes with a pupil admission number of 20 from Reception to Year 6. We offer Nursery for children who are 3 years of age, including 30-hour provision. The school is part of the Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust. As a Trust our administration teams work collaboratively to provide networking and training opportunities.

Key duties will include:
- Assisting with the planning, monitoring and evaluation of budget, working closely with the Trust Finance Manager
- Collating data/information to produce reports/information/data as required
- Undertaking the administration of Payroll systems.
- Managing the administration of facilities including use of school premises, ensuring access to site and activities are properly controlled, monitored and health and safety procedures are followed under the guidance of the Head of Estates and Operations.
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the Governing Body.
- Drafting all HR documentation e.g. Employment contracts, Offer Letters, Variation letters, etc.
- Undertaking recruitment administration and preemployment checks.
- Be professional when dealing with parents, staff, children and other stakeholders in the school.
- Be highly motivated, hardworking and proactive.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to working as part of a team.
- Have experience working in an office administrative environment.
