Description

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Health Care Support Worker to join our team within the Gynaecology inpatient ward 8 area here at Birmingham Women's Hospital.

This opportunity will expose you to a breadth of experience in a busy Gynaecology ward

You will be able to work weekdays, weekends, day and night shifts.

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is well organised and has excellent communication skills. You will be flexible and used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You will be an effective team player with a flexible approach who can plan and organise their workload, prioritising as required.

You will be eager to learn and have an interest in Gynaecology and Women's Health.

You will provide effective, compassionate and confidential patient-centered care and support. You will escalate in line with Departmental and Trust Policy and Guidance.
