Here in Inspection Services at LRQA, we've got ambitious growth targets, which all begin with an effective, efficient sales team.

We're creating a new team focused on Inside Sales, and we're looking to recruit the leader immediately.


This role is really exciting as it will operate globally, working in partnership with our Territory Sales leaders across different geographies to deliver on our ambitious sales targets.

You'll be focused on leading a small team to begin with - ensuring that you manage, motivate and coach them to deliver their best performance.

You'll be agreeing their sales targets and plan with the area teams to ensure we really focus on the customers and propositions that can really add value.

You'll be liaising with our marketing experts on lead generation, managing the sales pipleines to ensure that they are sufficient to meet targets, moving at th eright pace and fully accurate in terms of sales stage, dates of actions and likely closures.


A hugely impactful new role in our Sales organisation, one that we're really keen to fill as quickly as we can.

We can be flexible on location.

So if this sounds like it would be the perfect role for you, and you have a proven track record in B2B sales, have people management experience and have a good knowledge of the Inspection/TIC sector (particularly wihin the areas of certification and 2nd Party Assurance programmes) we'd love to hear from you.
