Description

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to join us as an Apprentice Radiology Clerical Officer.

You will provide support to Radiologists, Radiographers and Sonographers and maintain smooth patient flows throughout the department. Using the Radiology Information and Medway systems you will access and record patient details and update their records. You will also be part of our call centre and reception team. You may be required to work anywhere within the Radiology Department across all sites of the Trust.
The role requires working on a rota covering the hours of 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. 7 days a week.

Alongside the job role you will complete the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship. This includes workshops and written assignments.

To be eligible for this Apprenticeship you must:

Be 16 years old or over

Have the right to work in the UK (without restrictions)

Been permanently resident in the UK for the past 3 years

This post is offered initially as a fixed term contract; but will become permanent on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
