Summary of the Designer role
We're looking for a talented, conceptual midweight designer.

You'll have an obsession for design craft and a passion for how brands use design to communicate and engage audiences across the spectrum of channels, including print, digital and social content across a range of clients and sectors.

You'll follow the latest trends and show experience in a wide range of design disciplines and techniques.

Some responsibilities of the Designer role will include

Following, to a high level of execution, key visuals set out by the Senior Designer to implement projects
Introducing your own ideas and input where possible, and increasingly introducing rationales for your work
Understanding how to adapt a design direction across different channels (e.g., from OOH to Instagram)
Using your knowledge and awareness of brands and branding strategy, you will create multiple design options, all on brief and in time
Work collaboratively with other creatives and other specialisms in the agency
