Are you looking to join a growing and exciting company and expand on your administrative and customer service skills? Then this REMOTE Part Time Evening Customer Service Advisor position could be the perfect role for you


We currently have a role as a Remote Part Time Evening Customer Service Advisor based in Deansgate, Manchester for a multi-award winning digital health company.

This role is very patient focused and involves dealing with all enquires and associated administration. If you are a strong relationship builder then this will definitely be the role for you


This is a REMOTE opportunity, however the office is based in Deansgate, Manchester, therefore you MUST be able to commute to Deansgate Manchester.


Salary:
£22,000 per annum pro rata.


This role is part time and evening work but it is just 4pm - 9pm, Monday to Friday (25 hours per week)
.



Main Responsibilities for the Remote Part Time Evening Customer Service Advisor role:

  • Manage the first point of contact for all NHS partners/Patients
  • Taking ownership of workload, managing own workload to ensure no gaps or delays in the service.
  • Handling complaints and ensuring appropriate resolutions found
  • Technical and doctor support advising on connection issues etc
