Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of installation projects.

Your expertise will ensure that our Louvre and Solar Shading systems are manufactured and installed to the highest standards, adhering to project specifications and deadlines.

You will lead a team of skilled professionals, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless coordination with project stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate fabrication and installation projects
  • Oversee the manufacturing and installation of Louvre and Solar Shading systems to meet project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Provide technical guidance and support to your team, resolving any technical issues that may arise
  • Carry out regular site inspections, monitoring progress and quality of work
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively
  • Lead a team of skilled fabricators and installers, providing clear direction and support
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of excellence

Requirements:


  • Extensive experience in a site supervision role, preferably in fabrication and installation in the construction industry
  • A strong understanding of Louvre and Solar Shading systems and their fabrication and installation processes
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project specifications
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • A proactive and problemsolving mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Relevant industry certifications and qualifications would be advantageous
