Job Functions:
- Create and agree on the content of recruitment advertising with the Registered Manager and under direction place adverts.
- Take ownership of respective vacancies ensuring all recruitment activities are completed promptly and ensuring the quality of service.
- Maintain and update all systems relating to recruitment processes. Update and maintain the Recruitment Database and HR tracker.
- Maintain data and produce regular and adhoc reports on recruitment effectiveness and efficiency and staff retention.
- Provide recruitment and HR advice to all stakeholders and attend, attend meetings and disciplinaries, and take notes.
