Due to recent expansion we are now seeking to recruit a Control Centre Supervisor to work in our Control Centre based at our Head office at Priory Park East, Hull.

The Control Centre is open 24/7 365 days a year and is the hub of all our operational delivery.

The whole team service delivery includes alarm/CCTV monitoring, coordinating response vehicles and supporting our valued security officers deployed across the North of England.

The job will be based on a day shift rosta, running 4 days on and 4 days off (extra hours are available from time to time).

Our clients include local Councils, The NHS and Industry of Critical National Infrastructure. We also support local businesses across the education, retail, construction and distribution sectors amongst others.


The ability to be able to lead and direct the team within the control centre, as well as mange the workload and deal with staff rostering, holiday requests, short notice abstractions etc is essential.


  • Experience in customer service/administrative type roles
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create concise and accurate reports for customers.
  • Be able to manage and prioritise at busy periods.

Specific duties include (but not limited to):
Staff rostering

Granting holidays and sourcing cover from the companies pool of resources

Directing mobile response officers

ensuring reports are completed and sent to customers

assisting the management team with setting up new contracts

Monitoring CCTV

Dealing with intruder alarm activations and organising patrol vehicle response

Creating incident reports and advising customers


Salary:
£11.50 per hour
