A little bit about what we are looking for...

You will act as the face of PA Housing by being a positive ambassador for the services that we provide, working with residents interacting and supporting both internal and external partners to deliver excellent services to them.

You will encourage and promote collaborative working within our communities and support residents to become more engaged, develop community connections and tenancy sustainment.

Promote engagement to ensure our residents can influence and drive service improvements, adapting our offer to enable more residents to engage with us.

liaise with other colleagues ensuring a timely' resolution to tenancy and scheme issues and to lead on building positive communities within their neighbourhoods


We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please keep in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training.

It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too


Your responsibilities...

  • To project a positive image of PA Housing by providing an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers specifically within our Asian Elder communities.
  • Take personal management responsibility for a caseload.
  • To assist any residents identified as needing support and respond in a manner that enables them to sustain their tenancy.
  • Providing advice and information to customers, their families and professionals regarding their support when agreed by customer.
  • Providing advice and information, and the appropriate intervention based on the nature of client presentation
  • Signposting and referring clients to other suitable services.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to crisis manage and work well under pressure.
  • Educated to A Level standard or the ability to demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of this role.
  • Part or full CIH professional qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Current full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience in a similar role or customer facing role
