Due to an exciting period of growth, Attivo is looking to recruit a new team member in to our Client Services team.
The purpose of therole is to develop and maintain relationships with existing, newly acquired, and prospective clients, providing assistance as and when required and triage requests to the relevant team to action.
We provide our advice and service through Attivo Financial Planning, one of the very few Independent, Chartered, Occupational Pension Specialist, financial planning firms in the UK.
We want to be seen as a leader in the financial planning sector, to help change the standing of financial planning to be recognised as a genuine profession and to ensure we, and the profession, contribute positively to societyand the economy.
Main responsibilities
- Confidently communicate with clients from acquired client bases to explain the acquisition. Support and reassure them during the transfer of business and when required, explain Attivo culture and 'client journey
- Assist with enquiries from new clients and acquired clients, providing excellent service working closely with the Client Engagement Team to make sure these are handled efficiently
- Build strong relationships with the company's existing client base
- Provide first class customer service at all times, projecting a positive and professional image of the company
- Assist clients with arranging annual financial planning reviews for our ever
- Deal with complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring the best possible outcome for the client.
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to work at this level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to converse concisely with with clients with an ability to confidently translate the proposition
- The ability to quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone
- Educated to degree level would be an advantage
- Financial Services experience is essential
Salary and benefits
Up to £25,000 depending on experience.
