We are looking for a Full time, Band 7 District Nurse Lead to join our Treatment Room Service in Salford
We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual, who thinks a bit differently, can share responsibility and take decisions together and will innovate, lead change and deliver quality improvement.
Main duties of the job:
You will work with our Clinical lead nurses and service managers and will will influence promoting a quality service whilst achieving high standards of assessment for personalized care plans, enabling excellent care delivery to patients within local clinic settings.
