Amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about 'customer services', and loves liaising with clients on the telephone. This role comes with training and is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within customer services. You will join a lovelyteam, and will be based in their offices near Covent Garden.
The role involves; managing inbound calls, booking Engineers for jobs, pre-planning time for the team of Engineers, handling incoming queries and assisting with pre-planned maintenance projects.

Must be passionate about customer services, with proven experience of managing incoming calls and problem solving. Must be highly organised and have a practical and logical mind. Will be a Team player, and someone who is keen and enthusiastic to learn. Youwill be personable, professional, positive and highly organised
