Description

Responsibilities:

Sort and separate recyclable materials such as plastics and metal
Operate recycling machinery and equipment
Monitor the recycling process to ensure materials are properly sorted and processed
Remove nonrecyclable items from the recycling stream
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:

Previous experience in a recycling or waste management environment is preferred but not required
Mechanical knowledge to operate recycling machinery and equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor

Skills:

Strong attention to detail to accurately sort recyclable materials
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production goals
Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
