2nd Line Engineer - £25,000-£30,000 - Manchester - Hybrid Working
Are you an experienced support engineer, looking for that next step in your career? Do you have clear, demonstrable experience in 1st-line support / 2nd-line support? Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with technical specialists to help resolve issues, meanwhile documenting the resolution of complex issues to ensure they can be picked up.
Be able to pick up skills and technical ability through experience on the job and from technical specialists
Technical knowledge of Microsoft (Cloud)
