CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, competent, part-time administrator to provide strong administrative support to the Community Cardiology Service.


You will be working as part of an administration team in a busy, friendly Community Service to support the clinical staff in the Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure Services.

You will act as a first line of contact with the patients and other Health Professionals.

You will be required to have a professional manner, good communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.

You will need to manage your workload and set priorities each day.

The role involves the use of specialized IT systems such as SystmOne for which training will be provided but a need for flexibility, accuracy and confidentiality is essential.

  • Take initial responsibility for the local resolution of problems that may arise with staff/clients. To deal with complaints according to CLCH policy and procedures.
  • To collect, process, distribute incoming mail.
  • General photocopying, scanning and filing of confidential and nonconfidential information.
