Recruit UK are working with an FTSE250 UK Wealth Management firm in Birmingham to bring on a Client Service Executive to join their dynamic, friendly team in the new Birmingham office.

The Role:

As a Client Service Executive, you will provide important support to advisers and their clients to provide a smooth client-centric service


This will include:

  • Client Relationship Point of Contact
  • Provide organised client communication relating to ongoing business and queries relating to portfolios
  • Ensure new business queries are processed correctly
  • Preparing meeting packs, annual review packs and valuations for clients
  • Administration of client data, client documentation and new business paperwork onto backoffice systems/platforms
  • Assisting with ad hoc office duties
  • Preparing for client appointments
  • Call management/client contact

To succeed you will need:


  • Previous financial services experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated to learn and grow
  • Ability to multitask
  • Team player
