ROLE SUMMARY:


Inspired Education Group is an investment management fund with a portfolio of 85 premium private schools spanning six continents which utilise proven educational practices from every corner of the globe, ensuring over 70,000 students receive a world-class learning experience from Kindergarten to Year 13.

Founded in 2013, we are backed by some of the world's most notable investors, including Stonepeak, Warburg Pincus, TA Associates, and the Oppenheimer and Mansour family offices.

The Northern Europe region has a central finance function which covers multiple countries.

As the team expands, we are looking to recruit a Cash Associate who is looking to work in an ambitious company whilst progressing their career.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Bank Account Management:


  • Manage bank account transactions by downloading statements from various accounts.
  • Allocate and upload BACS payments received to the appropriate customer accounts on the Finance System.
  • Authorise and process refunds for over 80 cheques daily.

Payment Processing:


  • Process highvalue CHAPs payments for Treasury team, RSAM, and customers.
  • Handle highvolume cases, including Advanced Payment refunds to Dealers, Customer refunds, and authorising invoices and credit notes.

Data Management and Reporting:


  • Review daily reports from the Reporting team to ensure accuracy of customer information on the JDE System.
  • Liaise with relevant agencies to ensure timely and accurate data submission.

Financial System Operations:


  • Upload and allocate payments from the payments system onto the organisation's finance system.
  • Download weekly invoices and forward them to AR inbox

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Proficiency in using banking systems
  • Cash allocation experience
  • Bank reconciliations experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
