You new role
The company is looking for a Senior Credit Controller to look after their National Accounts.

Therefore, they are looking for someone with good experience within the Credit Control team of a company with national accounts and is experienced dealing with thesetypes of clients.

Being able to build rapport and work with clients in an empathetic way in order to make the process smooth for all parties is of utmost importance.

Below is a list of detail about the position.

  • Responsible for collecting overdue debts on our National Accounts
  • Analysing and reconciling accounts on a daily/weekly basis
  • Proactively resolving any invoice queries with our branches
  • Allocating payments to the account
  • Weekly/monthly Teams calls with the customer and internal sales teams
  • Working with a minimum of supervision
  • Providing up to reporting on account status to the Credit Manager
