About Our Client:
As the Part-Time Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Raising, sending and posting sales invoices
- Checking and posting supplier invoices
- Journal entries
- Weekly and monthly supplier payment runs
- Posting and allocating payments and receipts
- Bank reconciliations
The Successful Applicant:
In order to be considered for the Part-Time Accounts Assistant position, you must:
- Have previously worked within the transactional field and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on very short notice
- Be a Sage 50 user
- Be able to drive to the Portsmouth office
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to hit the ground running
