About Our Client:

As the Part-Time Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Raising, sending and posting sales invoices
  • Checking and posting supplier invoices
  • Journal entries
  • Weekly and monthly supplier payment runs
  • Posting and allocating payments and receipts
  • Bank reconciliations

The Successful Applicant:

In order to be considered for the Part-Time Accounts Assistant position, you must:

  • Have previously worked within the transactional field and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on very short notice
  • Be a Sage 50 user
  • Be able to drive to the Portsmouth office
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be able to hit the ground running
