Lenham:


Location:
Eastern Region - Kent and Sussex.

Hours: 7.30am - 5.00pm

We have an opportunity to join our team to be responsible for the resolution of mobile support calls providing the Clancy Employees and client with a first class customer service ethic, inclusive of delivery of new assets to the end users.


This is a busy and varied role, providing administration support for our supervisors - filing, taking phone calls, system checks, setting up accounts of all operatives and supervisors.

Training new gangs and refresher training for gangs when any updates take place to systems.

Along with maintenance of getting closed jobs as live as possible, running daily reports to provide to supervisors to make sure jobs are closed.


Here are just some of the activities that you'll be involved in

  • Dealing with roamer issues/errors when they occur identifying issues before or after job completion. Troubleshooting over the phone or remote access or out on site with the gang.
  • Checking of roamer compliance trying to identify a pattern of how an individual works.
  • Gang general queries consisting of roamer 'actual job plan', putting jobs on device (if they can't get hold of planner) etc.
  • General maintenance upkeep for all hardware for Kent and Sussex, mobile phones/laptops/sim cards/tablets
  • Day to day upkeep of hiring and off hiring all stock.
  • Managing IFS to get all devices updated on system for Kent and Sussex.
  • Providing cover for Operations Manager, inputting of wages and provide needed data for reporting in the morning if required.
  • Updating gangs/supervisors on portal/setting up new accounts
- access to roamer portal.


We would love to hear from you if
If you have a significant experience of supporting/administering the following systems, Roamer, Myview, Totalmobile, Catmanager and IFS. Along with complete understanding of Microsoft 365 Technologies in a hybrid environment.

Being a great communicator with excellent organisational skills is a given.

We're also looking for someone who is comfortable analysing situations and making decisions at speed, to resolve issues before they have even begun.

Finally, a full clean valid driving licence is required due to the nature of the role as you will be travelling between the Lenham & Hazards Green offices along with field visits
