Description

We're recruiting for a
HR Project Coordinator to join the HR Project Management Office (HR PMO) team to coordinate and support the delivery of change and improvement projects across the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC).


Location:
Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Contract:
Fixed term contract (12 months) - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.


Responsibilities


In this role, you will have responsibility for coordinating the activity of multiple projects and supporting the HR Project Managers, by maintaining project documentation, tracking actions, and preparing project communications.

You will interact with key stakeholders across the HR function on high profile and time critical projects and will act as an ambassador for the HR PMO team and the HRSSC.

You will also attend various project meetings, source and analyst data for specific projects and provide regular reporting.
