We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Programme as an
Apprentice Receptionist.

The role is based at our Head Office in Kegworth, Junction 24 of the M1 and therefore easily accessible from Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby, and surrounding areas.


About the role:


  • Using the telephone console system to ensure that all telephone calls are processed and screened efficiently.
  • Taking accurate messages when required and passing them on without delay.
  • Ensuring all visitors are welcomed by dealing with their requirements efficiently, pleasantly, and proactively.
  • Ensuring that all visitors reporting to the reception sign in and out in line with the applicable processes.
  • Sorting and franking any external post and sorting and distributing internal post.
  • Assisting and supporting with booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and lunches, and providing any other administration assistance as needed.
  • Participate in any cover rota ensuring good communication with the Leadership Team Administrator.

Who we are looking for:

A pro-active, friendly individual who is capable of multi-skilled working and prioritizing a workload.

You will have excellent communication skills and be used to working in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail.


The post holder will be required to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration, as such will be required to attend college once a week.


Qualifications:


  • 5 GCSEs Grade A-C/49, including English and Maths.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
