Lettings & Maintenance Co-Ordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding, forward thinking Lettings Agency.

Due to the business demand we're looking to recruit a Lettings & Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join our team on the Wirral, responsible for all lettings duties and organisation of maintenance works.


Key Duties:


Viewings:
Provides access to properties that are for let. Provide prospective tenants with basic information on the property and assesses the suitability of the property for the tenants.

Check In:

Take new tenants through the check in process, ensures that all paperwork is in place and signed by the tenants.

Take all meter readings to start the tenancy

Check Out:
Takes possession of the property from the departing tenant on behalf of the company. Assesses the property condition and compares to a previous condition report and makes a written report. Takes all meter readings to end the tenancy.

New Properties:

Meet with prospective landlords and assesses the property for its suitability for rental and estimates the approximate rental value.


Property Inspections:
Conducts a non-expert inspection on currently rented properties. The inspection will include general compliance with the terms of the lease. Assess the check list of compliance requirements. Look for obvious defects in the property. Ask the tenants of the property if there are any maintenance issues that they are aware of. Produce a basic property condition report.

Maintenance Support:
Responsible for organising maintenance works, checking status on repairs, liaising with trades to co-ordinate all required works.

Salary:
£27,000(& bonus scheme)


Hours of work:9am - 5pm flexible

40 hours/5 days per week, Monday to Friday with weekend cover if required

£27,000.00 per year
