What we'll give:
Domestic Assistant Manager

Peterborough City Hospital*
Based in Peterborough, PE3 9GZ
40 hours per week

- £28,350 per Annum

Some evenings and weekends required

More about the role:

Understand and deliver all contractual terms
Communicate regularly with client (as agreed)
To manage the dispatch of service desk events within domestic services and interface with Hard FM supplier
Ensure budgets are understood and achieved.
Ensure all costs are managed effectively within budget
Produce and utilise succession plan
Ensure everyone is trained and adheres to all appropriate policies andprocedures including H&S policies
Maintain up to date training records for all employees under their control
Experience in similar healthcare environment is a must
Domestic management background
Must have IT skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines
Recognised industry standard qualification eg BICS/NVQ
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
Ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to demonstrate and implement a team ethos approach
