Are you a professional, confident communicator and people person? If so, then we have the ideal opportunity for you Own mode of transport is preferred due to the location and previous customer service experience is desirable.

Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client based near Calcot, Reading who are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor. The role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and offering a salary of £25,000, DOE.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Quoting clients within a timely manner
  • Allocating the correct vehicle to each booking by the requirements provided by the client
  • Booking train/plane tickets for the drivers if required
  • Achieve targets as outlined by Team Leader and Manager
  • Dealing face to face with customers on occasion
  • General administration duties
  • Prepare and process transactions accurately
  • Effectively communicate agreements to customers
