R.E.A.L. Education is growing, both in the number of young people we are commissioned to support and also our workforce. This growth provides us with the opportunity to grow and evolve the Human Resources team. Therefore, we are looking to welcome a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

The role will be based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and will provide essential support to all areas of R.E.A.L. Education.

In return for your expertise, we will provide 30 days holiday entitlement and paid bank holidays, we will offer you 5 days paid dependency leave a year, access to the company's Westfield Health Scheme and provide Life Assurance cover.

£23,850.00-£29,680.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
  • Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • CIPD (preferred)
