We are working with an NHS organisation who are looking for a resourceful Medical HR Advisor to provide rota management and generalist HR support in a medical staffing environment.

Hours:37.5 hours a week
Contract:
- 12 Months
Hourly Rate:
£ £17.62 via Umbrella (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the rotational contracts for medical staff, ensuring employment law is being followed and avoid any negative impacts of service delivery
- Using an E-Rostering system to develop work schedules for medical staff, that follow the junior doctor contract of 2016 and ensure salaries are calculated appropriately
- Deal with any enquiries from medical staff and best resolve these cases before they are escalated to grievances
- Provide support and advice on matters relating to terms and conditions of employment and follow trust policies
- Work alongside the Medical Recruitment Team to advise on employee contracts and ensure there is awareness around any risks of employment
- Liaise with the payroll department regarding any pay related issues and ensure e forms reach the monthly deadline
- Provide statistics and reports of a range of medical staff topics at the time and support the implementation of new improved processes
Essential Skills:
- Experience of providing generalist HR support
- Experience of working in a complex administrative environment
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage a large caseload of work
Desirable Skills:
- NHS experience
