We are currently searching for aMerchandising Admin Assistant to join the team.
In this role, you will be assisting the Junior Branch Merchandiser and Assistant Planner with inventory movements across the Full Price DTC channels (Stores and Ecommerce Warehouse), as well as providing reporting and analysis on key KPIs to support trading decisions and optimising sales and stock.
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
Inventory Management and Allocations
- Managing allocations to Full Price Stores and Ecommerce warehouses. Owning the end to end process of moving stock from our central warehouse
- Managing inventory transfers between stores as well as store/customer requests
- Managing stock adjustments in NetSuite, working with stores and warehouses to continually improve processes and ultimately stock accuracy
- Working with the wider team on KPI targets for full price locations, for example minimum/maximum stock levels on Continuity product
- Working with the Assistant Planner on managing Old Code / New code transitions
- Work collaboratively with the Shoot Team to plan and allocate samples to the studio
- Fulfilling requests from Marketing and Partnerships therefore impacting the successful delivery of key marketing campaigns, PR and collaborative events
- Working with the wider team to successfully execute new season launches, EOS Markdown/Promotion stock builds and terminal stock uplifts
- Assisting with maintaining correct RRP's and EOS prices in the system
- Carrying out regular store visits, building excellent working relationships with store managers and retail teams
- Establishing effective communication between Merchandising, Retail and Ecommerce teams
- Assisting the wider team with adhoc admin tasks
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar role is preferable
- Knowledge/understanding of the Retail Merchandising function
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel including knowledge and use of formulas
- The ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and departments
- A "cando" attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and make a vital contribution to a busy, dynamic and fast paced team/working environment
- The ability work independently, multitask and achieve deadlines
