About the role
Our Resourcing Consultant will help to recruit talent for call centres across the group. With your recruitment and/or company experience, you will be instrumental for our recruitment function.

Our call centre agents are the voice of our business, and as we continue to grow, we have to make sure we have the right talent joining us.

How will you do this?

Joining our Resourcing team, you will help to drive the recruitment activity across the business for call centres, partnering closely with all our Operations team.

At Atlanta we don't take a passive recruitment approach. Instead, we are curious and take a collaborative approach with both the market and our internal stakeholders.

There will be a key focus on strategic relationship management which will involve understanding the business strategy to identify immediate and long-term resourcing and skills acquisition strategy and priorities.

You, alongside the team, will then plan and deliver on a broad range of initiatives, ensuring high quality outcomes are met throughout the hiring process.

Working in collaboration with the Operations team to ensure overall recruitment demands are met, you'll shape and plan innovative solutions to source talent via various channels including social media.

As an SME you'll also provide ongoing market and industry insight, ensuring a continuous understanding of market changes.
