£27K Base + OTE

The Role

As Digital Programme Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing warm leads for our free, fully funded digital and IT training programmes.

You will be the first point of contact for potential learners, guiding them through the enrolment process and ensuring they receive the most suitable training to achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities

Understand learner needs and aspirations to recommend the most appropriate training programme.
Guide learners through the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Build strong relationships with learners and maintain ongoing communication.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our reach.

Requirements:

Ability to change priorities quickly, capacity to handle multiple tasks, perform at high velocity
Demonstrate strong desire to keep uptodate on business trends, changes, & best practices
Good organisational skills and time management

Salary:
£27,000.00 per year
