Here at Adecco we are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator/Order Processing role. This is a permanent position based full time in the office.Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers regarding status of orders
- Answering enquiries as per demand
- Maintaining accurate records within company databases
- Adhoc duties as requested
Personal Specification:
- Customer service experience
- Confident with IT and learning new software's
- Ability to manage own workload efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure smooth running on the business
