ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Assist with pre-arrival arrangements, including but not limited to nearby hotel accommodations, parking garages, and directions. Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations. Act as a point of reference for members who need assistance throughout the studio while attending to their needs.
Pull reports of members celebrating milestones and special occasions Partner with Member Experience, Guest Services and Studio Operations to create member surprise and delights.
Provide tours for new members & VIPs, as well as scheduled tours in-studio.Become proficient in all systems, including but not limited to G-suite, Slack, Looker, Zingfit, Zendesk, Event Management Systems and website studio bot Assist the Group Booking and Events department with any member-organized meetups at Peloton Studios.
Think creatively about ways to enhance the Peloton experience for our members every day in-studio; solve problems, share ideas and implement.
Assist guests and members with locker set up and amenities when requested Ensure prompt assistance in the locker rooms and throughout the studio Greet, assist, accommodate and guide all members and visitors with a courteous and joyful nature.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Experience in customer service/hospitality industry.
- High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable, professional, energetic, and friendly.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication skills and strong time management skills.
- Must have outstanding customer service and problemsolving skills.
- Must have a positive, cando attitude.
- Event experience (preferred).
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning (5AM) and late evening (10PM), adapting to meet the needs of the business.
