The Role:
On behalf of our client, who are based in central Bristol, we are delighted to be assisting them with their search for an Administrator.
You will be confident with IT (Excel is essential) and have first class communication skills, liaising with specialists, teachers and attendees of events (which you will also be very involved in organising).
Responsibilities will include:
- Travel for Directors for events and speakers
- Full administrative support to the Directors
- Organising Meetings (taking notes at meeting too)
- Electronic filing (including a project to rearrange files)
- Organising teacher workshops including all logistics of this training (materials, parking, couriers, feedback forms, updating spreadsheets, travel)
- Answering office phone and assisting where you can
- Posting packages and documents to customers (via the Post Office)
- Organising Zoom calls with clients and attending to support with adding links and sharing screens
- Sending newsletters via Mailchimp
- Annual event for 900 attendees at event. This will include sending and updating schedules, dietary requirements, data input, attending the event (London)

£23-26,000
The Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm (part time hours around 25 hours per week also considered
The Location:
Central Bristol (office based, no car parking)
The Benefits:
24 days + Bank Holidays, + additional days between Christmas and New Year, Pension
