About the Role:


Queens Park Group are seeking a finance officer to join their busy support team, on a part-time basis for 25 hours per week.


The main purpose of the role is to:

  • Assume responsibility for financial management in liaison with the Finance Partners of the organisation, to include invoice processing, reconciliation, credit control, creation, and analysis of both financial and statistical reports.
  • Preparation of financial information for end of year accounts to be signed off by external accountants.
  • Reconciling both company bank accounts including processing receipts and payments
  • Prepare payroll and pension submission.

You will also have the following:

  • AAT Qualified or equivalent experience
  • Bookkeeping/finance qualification or relevant experience
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of payrolls/pensions
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
