Foundry Operative

1. Position in Organisation

  • Reports to the General Manager
  • Deployed in the area of production most suitable to skill or experience
  • Redeployment to other areas of the business as required to meet the needs of the business

2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Health & Safety
  • Take care of oneself and others by following the company Health & Safety guidelines


  • Quality

  • Follow the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) to help obtain the highest quality first time


  • On-Time

  • Follow agreed schedules and instructions to maintain consistent delivery performance


  • Training

  • Train other members of staff as required


  • Flexibility

  • Work in other areas of the business as required
  • Complying with the guidelines detailed in the company handbook
  • Complying with the work pattern required by the company and to agree to work additional hours as required
  • Assist with ongoing development of processes and procedures
  • Work as detailed in the statement of terms and conditions of employment

3. Deployment

  • Primarily you will deployed in the Moulding department to assist with all aspects of mould and core manufacture

Salary:
£21,294.00-£22,977.00 per year
