At University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust, we strongly value our Corporate Education Administrators who play an essential role in supporting the delivery of the highest standard of quality care to our patients.


We are looking for a person to join our friendly Weston team in a full-time, permanent post, working Monday to Friday.

This post will be based at our Weston Academy office, next to the Weston General Hospital, supporting reception and face-to-face queries from colleagues across the trust.


The role involves supporting access to electronic essential and additional training for all staff throughout the trust and promoting a positive approach to training compliance.


This post is being offered with an opportunity to enrol on a Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship element, offering eligible applicants this development opportunity and the chance to obtain a recognised customer service qualification.

This will only be available to applicants who do not already hold an equivalent qualification.


The post holder will conduct administrative functions of the Education Department at the Weston campus, and will often act as first point of contact for visitors and callers to the Academy Building.

We are looking for a team member with excellent customer service and administration skills and a cheerful outlook. A full job description is attached to this vacancy advert.


You will need to have an empathetic attitude and can work with others in a busy, sometimes pressured team environment.

Duties will be conducted in a professional manner to ensure an elevated level of customer service to all UHBW customers, both internal and external.


The Corporate Education Administrator will develop knowledge and competencies to perform their duties at a competent level, through education, training and practice of the fundamental skills required of the role.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have excellent people skills. You will be industrious, with strong organisational skills and be willing to deliver excellent workplace practices.
