**IT Manager

  • Portsmouth
- £50k-£60k**We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to join our client's team in Portsmouth. Our client is a well-established organization in the Legal industry and is looking for an accomplished and motivated individual to lead their dynamic ITteam.


Key Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge and experience with various IT systems and technologies
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring effective performance and delivery of IT services
  • Respond to technical issues and incidents and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and plans
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for the IT team

Salary:
£50,000 to £60,000 Location: Portsmouth
